Hey man! I was wondering how hard it is to time the chain? My duke is slurping coolant.. bad... so im gonna have to take it apart and inspect. I have however not delved into 4 strokes much at all... any tips? Is their a manual that will guide me trough the process? Im not afraid to dissamble but assembling I am a bit.

I also installed this bed extender on my 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO-and used the brackets you recommended to avoid drilling into the body, which I absolutely loved! Thanks for that!! The straps are a HUGE disappointment! Not only do they not fit well, even using the smallest attachment, they are cheap elastic and have completely fallen apart-in the winter-in the Mojave desert. They are useless. They lasted maybe 90 days. I’m trying to come up with some kind of a fix that’s going to last longer than 90 days. Anybody in a climate with even a reasonable UV index is going to find exactly the same problem. (Mine is 12+ in the summer)

Any update on the RC 390? Mine had the same problem and I replaced the head gasket, and water pump seals, and yet the oil and coolant are still mixing. Any update on your's?

one thing, is your rear wheel perfectly centered on swingarm? I notice that when I adjust the disc side on mine the wheel ends up not been centered o n swingarm

If you live in New York plan on having trouble getting the pad pins out - AutoZone stocks replacements pins. Mine were brutal to get out, ended up damaging one pin and then having to drill it out. GREAT video but be aware that you may not be replacing your pads in such a short time depending on where you live. That is the one downside of living in the North, parts get badly rusted.

I've been around to other videos as to not harass you to much, lol. But none that I can find are as good as yours and let alone that it's the same exact setup. I have compression in the kick start, I have a strong spark, clean new fuel premixed for 2stroke. Clean air. I can't even get a single fire (explosion) out of the piston using starter fluid with the carb off. If I can't get something as simple as that what the heck could be wrong? I have checked the timing on the stator to the plate /holder behind it. It's all lined up. I tweaked it both ways, nothing. I used different spark plugs, nothing... I clearly do not have experience with this but for goodness sake it shouldn't be this hard! I'm goin on 2 days now and can't even get a fire /pop /single explosion - let alone getting it to start.

Thank you for putting up with me. The bike is together. Everything is great.. well sort of. The issue was the two parts that go into the drum cage, the little pizza cutters. One that should have been on first, underneath, wasn't. Such a little thing caused a world of trouble. The bike, of course, wont start. However the gears and clutch and cylinder, compression, kick etc are perfect.

Isn’t the kickstart idler gear on backwards?

Yes indeed, this worked like a champ!! I had broken / bent my cheap blind puller as well on a small stubborn bearing in my engine case. I tried everything, the puller, heating the case in the oven, homemade contraptions and vice grips.. nothing worked or even budged the bearing.. until i saw this bread method, it worked within a minute lol!! Thanks for the video🙌🏻🍻
